Bunny pees and poos in box AND under bed.?

So she does use her litter box, but when she get out of her room, she wonders under my daughter's bed and poos and pees everywhere under it. Like one giant, covered litter box. We've cleaned under the bed, carpet cleaned, sprayed lysol, but ...no luck in deterring her. Is there anything we can used as a natural barrier for under the bed or I know ... get her fixed...
