Im a kinda chubby 13 1/2 year old and im starting to run with ankle weights and lift 10 lb weights i need hlp!?
like i said im chubby and i am startin out by liftin 10 lb weights(first time)and wearin ankle weights while runnin and walkin up mi stairs and around the house i aint tryin to get a six pack and all that im jus tryin to get arm muscles and everything like that i need to know if i start out with 10 pound weights and work my way up if i can build muscles.And also im tryin to build my speed since im goin to highschool next year i plan on playin sports and tryin to get speed and streghth so can yall plz help me on how to do these to things!!!
