How Could a D.A. Prove This?

In Australia their legal system is one of laws and logic. Ours here in the USA is based on the ambitions of the local District Attorneys ambition.He was found guilty of manslaughter because there was not the evidence to convict for murder. When he comes before the court in Alabama, he will already have been tried in the press and on TV. The populace will be implanted with the knowledge that he murdered his wife for money and that is how they will see him in court.There is no way that an unbiased jury can be found, so there is no way that he can get a fair, or let me say, unbiased trial. We are a vengeful people and the DA is going to spend millions of the tax payers money in Alabama just for his own political ambition. I will finish with this thought, if he is so sure that he has all the evidence that he needs to successfully try this case, why does he not use his own money to do it. If he wins, the state will reimburse him.
