Why cant I beat the level on Diner Dash Flo on the go? Level 8! with the train!?

Alright I think I did this Level like 20 times! and I still cant get past the level! Alright the level is 8 and on the train! This is the Flo on the Go! where shes on vacation. . . HELP!!!
