Can mother stay in U.S.? [Child born in U.S] [Father U.S Citizen] [Mother unmarried from Europe on tour visa]?

As noted, there is no path to a green card for unmarried partners or parents of minors born in the US. If the mother wishes to remain here legally to raise her son, the father needs to marry and petition her.
