Do I have a cold??? Flu??? Fever??? Help me please?

symptoms include light headed, major sneezes, sore throat, vertigo, chills when skin reacts with skin, stuffy nose, dry cough, nausea but no vomit, blurry eyesight, occasional headaches, warm but not necessarily scorching hot forehead, whole inside of me is warmish, like stony stomach pains like a rock was just dropped into my stomach, and appetite loss. I want to point out that I got the flu shot, but not the swine flu shot. Also, since fourth grade, (I am in seventh now) I have had a yearly sore throat that causes lack of speaking ability. I have a parade to attend to today (marching band!) Should I skip??? Is there any way I can take some sort of medicine that will temporarily reduce my sickness??? Pleaseeeeee help me! I have worked so hard for this parade and I don't wanna give it up because I feel sick.
