How can you tell if a guinea pig is pregnant?

About 1 week ago i get a female guinea pig named alice, 3 days later i got a boy named felix and i put them in the same cage. They are always right next to each other and felix is always scared to come out of there house. So i was just wondering if alice could be pregnant.
