I left my Peace Lily in the car over night in freezing temperatures, is there any way to save it?

I accidentally left my peace lily in the car overnight when the temperature outside was below freezing. Now the plant has wilted and the leaves look kind of like cooked spinach. It's back inside now and I watered it but it's not looking any better. Is there any way to save the plant even if I have to cut off all the leaves? Or should I just buy a new plant? I'm hoping to be able to salvage the plant instead of buying a new one. Any suggestions?
