My plan for getting into a top grad school?

It's realistic. You have ambition and you have a plan....just keep your enthusiasm going and you'll be fine. Seriously do think about getting that internship your senior year...or as long as you're over 18 get an internship abroad. Grad schools look at your work experience so if you can add an international internship to your resume, it will make you stand out on a global scale.
