Palmers cocoa er mage cream works?

Has anybody had any luck with this cream? If so how and when did you use it? I've had stretch marks on my thighs for a while and they're getting darker and larger. I just bought this cream and want to know if anyone has had good results. Is there anything better, within a reasonable price, to use?
