Steptoe and Son?

Has anybody watched the Steptoe evening on BBC 4, and did you find it interesting ,Sad really I thought the show mirrored their real life situation ,Harold was stuck with the old man and the actors were stuck with each other ,I remember when Wilfred Brambell was arrested ,the papers reported he got picked up for urinating in a Public place not the version of it on the show ,
