What cities or states are aggressively hiring entry level police officers, State Troopers or Sheriff?

I am now Living in Michigan, I just moved home from Florida because of a divorce. I am willing to live anywhere in the United States, but it's hard to figure out who is hiring. I am close to finishing my Criminal Justice degree and just want a job, as does everyone else. I even tried Border Patrol and Air Marshals, but they do not look like they are hiring either. I would appreciate any suggestions
