What is the ratio of uranium-238 to lead-206? Astronomy?

uming the rock originally had no lead-206 then I would have thought the U-238:Pb-206 ratio would be 1:3. That is, one quarter of the original U-238 still remains and the other 3/4 has become Pb-206 (actually more complicated in real life but that's the data you've been given).
